Scheldebrouwerij is a unique brewery, upholding all the traditional brewing methods. One of the few breweries where beer is still brewed according to traditional and authentic methods, i.e. with natural ingredients only, without filtering or pasteurization. Ever since the brewery was established, the quality of the beer has been of prime importance. This brewery is able to produce a unique range of beers by applying strict standards to their choice of ingredients and thanks to a very precise brewing process and the craftsmanship of its brewers.

Witheer is a
delicious white-colored beer, that refers to the Norbertijner Monks
who founded in 1127 the Abbey of Middelburg. The special
quality of Witheer is that it combines traditional malts with wheat
oat flakes. A beer with a bite; very tasty but only 5% alcohol
by volume. Brewed with natural ingredients, unfiltered and
non-pasteurized natural beer with re-fermentation in the bottle.
Store cool and dark. Serve at 5-7°C.
Strandgaper is
a clam that has its habitat in the Schelde area. A blond,
accessible, tasty, top-fermented beer with a fresh bitter-mild
aftertaste. Strandgaper goes well with shellfish and fish
dishes.

Lamme Goedzak,
is the name of the round bodied Burgundian hedonist from the stories
of Tijl Uilenspiegel. He loves good food with a nice pint of
beer. A unique blond beer with its characteristic aroma coming
from Hallertau Tradition Hop. It has a full-bodied and
well-balanced bitter and refreshing taste. Its generous head
with its long lasting bubbles, due to the natural carbonation
occurring during the second fermentation in the bottle, will tempt
you ever again and offer to the beer connoisseur a constant pleasure
of enjoying this unique beer. Unfiltered and non-pasteurized

Zeezuiper 330ml

Zeezuiper is a
top feremented malty triple. This beer has its own
characteristics due to the use of various types of malt of the
highest quality and two varieties of hop. Also, some coriander
is added. There are no additives, the beer is not filtered and
non-pasteurized. Store cool and dark. Serve at 8-10°C.
Wildebok is a
brownish red top-fermented Autumn Bock beer with a caramel-malty
taste. In 2008 Wildebok was chosen in a blind test as the
nicest Dutch bock beer. Brewed with natural ingredients,
unfiltered and non-pasteurized natural beer. Store cool and
dark. Serve at 7-9°C.
Schoenlappertje is a fragrant fruit beer. Blackberries give
this beer a bright red color, a fruity aroma and a bright, acid
aftertaste. Brewed with natural ingredients, unfiltered and
non-pasteurized natural beer with re-fermentation in the bottle.
Store cool and dark. Serve at 6-8°C.
A full-bodied,
top-fermented stout with mild bitterness. Dark as the night.
During the brewing process the beer is pumped over oyster shells.
A prize-winning beer with a generous head and a hint of oyster
flavor. Brewed with natural ingredients, unfiltered and
non-pasteurized natural beer. Store cool and dark. Serve
at 9-11°C.
Clear medium yellow orange color with an average to large, frothy, good
lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Non-filtration, yeasty. Feel alcohol first,
body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is
soft.
