  Amor Mio Tequila

Ezo Beer, Imported Beer, Ale, Stout, Spirits & Tequila Amor Mio Tequila, some of the most refined Tequila in the most beautiful bottles

BLUE AGAVE
Raw material to make Tequila, agaves that grow organically during eight long years in the skirts of Amatitán, Jalisco.

JIMA
Once the agave is ripe, the leaves are removed leaving only the base of our essence: the pineapples.

OVENS
After the Jima, the pineapples are split and are introduced in artisanal ovens, where they are cooked slowly with steam.

GRINDING
It is the method where pineapples are introduced to extract their juice, the precious cooked agave juice.

FERMENTATION
Our juice is taken to our fermentation containers, this is where our Tequila acquires its essence.

DISTILLATION
After the fermentation, our juice is taken to the stills where the meticulous process of distillation is carried out, managing to release the essence of My Love.

MATURATION
Tequila Amor Mìo uses new French oak barrels and American oak barrels, to finally give character to its reposado, añejos and extra añejos.
